We are looking to recruit a small and dedicated team of Business Development Managers who are accomplished professionals that have high standards of performance, want to grow and challenge themselves and be part of a winning team.

We’re looking for someone to help us as we continue to build a world-class business that consistently focuses on our specialism to support our customers with award winning ticketing and registrations. Driving and exceeding business targets whilst helping shape the direction of the future business by working with our clients,, you’ll look at our own partners to build cross-functionally and support our clients as we become their partner of choice. We will develop and you will help write and then deliver the sales ‘playbook’ and strategy for our key markets.


Flame Concepts is looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager in the UK. The right person may be remotely based from our Cumbrian HQ. This position is critical in setting the direction for Flame’s business development efforts in our  key categories.


Flame Concepts’ goal is to become the preferred provider of choice for specialist ticketing and registrations for events, conferences and charity sector. ·       Develop relationships with clients event organisers to generate new business development opportunities in one of our key markets

·       Engage with leads to help prospective clients learn more about Flame Concepts products and win repeat business

·       Provide accurate and regular forecasts on the events market to the business development team

·       Shape Flame Concepts’ business development priorities

·       Create and maintain up to date leads and accounts plans using our CRM systems

·       Close deals both self generated and lead nurtured


·       High performance business leadership with an exceptional aptitude for successfully driving ambitious business development activities

·       An analytical mind-set and a creative spirit, a can-do and agile attitude necessary to thrive in a start-up environment

·       A passion for and knowledge of the event industry with a robust network of contacts in the industry

·       Good experience in business development

·       Proven history of excellence in service whilst delivering sales growth
