We respect and protect your privacy encrypting your data (in the same way online banking is) both whilst you enter it onto the forms and in the system.
What we collect and how we use it
The data we collect on the forms will vary from form to form depending upon the event/booking form needs of the client, and will usually request your name, email, a telephone and address. The name and address (and possibly phone number) will be used/passed to the card payment processing system. This data and card payment details are then used by these secure systems to take payment for the event/registration and are not processed, held or used by Flame Concepts.
Depending upon the event and registration form, it may ask for other information relating to the people in the booking/party. That data is used for the purposes of the event. You will be offered the opportunity to opt-in to marketing messages by us, our other brands (justbookitnow.com) and our clients. You can unsubscribe at any time from those.
All our data is stored secure and encrypted within the UK and EU and complies to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDRP).
Retention of data
We retain and use your details in the system indefinitely to process the sales, run reports for statistical use (for us and the event/booking client) and to allow us and the client you booked with, to provide you with support. (We do use ‘cookies’ too which doesn’t retain any personal data but helps us understand a users use of our systems and sites).
Should you call the client/event organiser to make a telephone booking, the personal details will be captured and entered into our system and card payment details entered and used by the same card processing .
What happens if I ask to be removed or don’t agree to this before purchase?
Should you wish not to allow us to use your data, we will not be able to process your sale/booking/registration.
Removal after the registration/booking is completed is possible but then may reduce our and our clients (the event or booking providers) ability to help provide you with support in relation to your order.
We do not sell your email addresses. They are only used for the processing of your registration/sale. If you create an account with us on our website or system, your data remains secure and encrypted.
Mail messages sent to Flame Concept staff or via the online booking, enewsletter or mobile web systems may be monitored for legal and quality of service purposes and your email address and any identifying references in the email you provide us will be used to help you with your enquiry.
We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office for the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation.
Removal and complaints
If you would like to remove your details from our system please email firstname.lastname@example.org titling your email ‘DATA REMOVAL’. Repeated requests may incur an administration charge.
