Attraction Online Ticketing

Raby Castle is the jewel of the north, still privately owned and ancestral home of Lord Barnard. A re-launched website in early 2014 saw the team look to Flame Concepts to meet their growing needs for a flexible and cost effective online ticketing and event ticketing system.

Using the new strong branding, we created the branded pages to match the new website. Starting with the popular Season Ticket sales, the own branded HTML email, ticket and linked to their own payment gateway means the customer journey is seamless and rip-off commission rates are avoided.

Providing the flexibility for the castle's event tickets, the future will include a growing list of seasonal delights provided by Flame Concepts.
