Lead Developer and Full Stack Developer vacancies

Exciting opportunities to join a business that is focusing on creating advanced online ticketing and booking systems for a range of exciting events such as motor sports, festivals, attractions and others.  We are looking for software developers to join our fast growing business and help us deliver great technologies to our clients.

These are likely remote working roles rather than being based in an office.

Working with the CEO you will participate in all aspects of owning the technology platform and providing software development for of our highly innovative web based ticketing platform.

Lead Developer

As a senior developer you’ll be ok with leading development projects, designing, architecting and coming up with solutions. You’ll be ok with rolling your sleeves up and getting in at the coding end and you’ll be happy solving complex technology problems.

You’ll also be happy leading other developers either in-house or external developers in teams of 2-3 where you will lead and manage the activities of  other developers.

You'll also be happy working with the CEO to clarify business requirements and translate these into the system

Due to the innovative nature of our solution that is pushing technical boundaries, in depth knowledge of development technologies, software languages, software methodologies, architecture will be needed.

Full Stack Developer: 

Your role will be to work with existing 3rd parties to understand the architecture and design of a web based platform and then transfer that platform in-house and own/support the lead developer with its development going forward.

As part of an experienced and established team you will be involved in working on our platform and helping to design, develop, deploy and configure the platform and deliver for our clients.

If so you'll need some of the below or the ability to pick up and use the below

- Full Stack Development of a Web Based platform 

- Web Development (PHP, with ability to decide on future direction e.g Java and C# and the supporting technologies and architectures)

- General software development skills (Java, C#, PHP, JavaScript, JQUERY, HTML5, CSS3, SQL etc), able to develop web applications and integrate those applications into a database 

- Expertise in integration / integrating with systems (JSON, APIs, XML etc)

- Happy to work on a platform that is being developed with ongoing new features and a product roadmap, but with a view to take ownership of that platform

Experience of being a Senior / Software Developer on complex development projects including problem solving, task breakdown, estimation, analysis and design, project monitoring, mitigation of risks and issues to ensure the solutions meet business requirements.
